We're Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technician II
📍 Franklin, WI | 💵 $36 per hour | 🕐 Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
🔁 Some travel is required to support other company locations in Minnesota and Dallas.

🔧 Key Accountabilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery and equipment, and perform timely repairs.
Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment.
Conduct facility and building maintenance, perform minor repairs, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs.
Coordinate and make recommendations for work-related contracts and services.
Supervise outside contractors for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance.
Support and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives.
Complete all duties safely, wearing required PPE, and avoiding unsafe conditions for self and others.
Assist with additional operational tasks as requested by supervisors or managers.
This is a hands-on position working directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

✅ Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience (metals preferred)
Formal degree or certificate in a technical area or related field (required)
Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to perform duties independently with little or no supervision
Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs
Basic English reading, writing, and math skills
Proficient with basic computer functions for data entry
Ability to use basic measuring tools such as tape measures, scales, and gauges
Must obtain and maintain certification to operate material handling equipment (forklift, side-loader, 4-directional lift, cherry picker)
