Your responsibilities

Im Rahmen der Tätigkeit als Werkstudent:in unterstützen Sie unser Personalwesen sowie unsere Arbeitssicherheit ab dem nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mit 7 bis 14 Stunden pro Woche bei der täglichen Arbeit. Insbesondere erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sie unterstützen bei der Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und helfen dabei, Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
  • Dabei wirken Sie bei der Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen zur Automatisierung von Prozessen und Abläufen mit, unter anderem mit Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Sie erstellen und optimieren Excel-Anwendungen mit VBA, um bspw. Auswertungen effizient und automatisiert zu gestalten.
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig an kleineren Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team und bringen Ihr Wissen gezielt ein.
  • Des Weiteren übernehmen Sie weitere administrative Aufgaben.

Your profile

  • Sie studieren einen wirtschaftlichen, informationstechnischen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang, z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
  • Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Programmieren in Excel mit VBA sowie im AI-gestützten Vibe Coding.
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung mit den Möglichkeiten von Microsoft 365 (z.B. Excel, Teams, SharePoint) und haben dabei insbesondere gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Power Automate erworben.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits praktische Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Access-Datenbanken mit.
  • Eine Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, hohes Interesse an Digitalisierungsthemen und Neugier auf AI zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und bringen ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen mit.
  • Sie handeln zuverlässig und selbständig und gehen diskret mit sensiblen Mitarbeiterdaten um.
  • Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache runden Ihr Profil ab.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
