Your responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of global learning initiatives within the new CoE
  • Ensure smooth coordination and contribute to harmonized learning standards across Business Units
  • Help translate learning needs into scalable, practical learning solutions
  • Assist in shaping and organizing learning processes, governance structures, and global standards
  • Support project coordination, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders

Your profile

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience in Learning & development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of learning strategy, instructional design, and digital learning technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English skills; German is an advantage

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

The offer
