Summary of Position:
- Develop and manage customer relationships for specific key accounts that produce or have
- the potential to produce significant profit for the company, or who are of strategic importance.
- Deliver customer relations programs that achieve high customer satisfaction, retention and
- increasing sales opportunities for identified key accounts.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify, develop, manage and grow key accounts for the company.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by resolving customer issues in a timely manner, introducing product solutions and providing responsive service.
- Conduct ongoing account planning to ensure all opportunities and challenges are understood, solutions identified, and that accounts are being developed in a strategic and successful manner.
- Achieve targets related to new revenue generation, profitability of accounts, and customer satisfaction.
- Work with Inside Sales and Credit when needed to ensure customer needs are understood and met.
- Develop a market plan with quantifiable goals and objectives supported by action plans and benchmarks for measuring progress.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of company product line.
· Outstanding sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
· Strong communications and relationship building skills.
· 4 year college degree and 3 years sales experience, or equivalent combination of
education and sales experience.
· Ability to work effectively with Regional Managers, Inside Sales, Credit, Quality and
others internally to resolve customer issues / meet customer needs.

Preferred Requirements:
· 5 years sales experience preferred.
