Your responsibilities

  • Sie betreuen und entwickeln zentrale Key Accounts in der europäischen Defence-Branche partnerschaftlich, langfristig und strategisch
  • Sie analysieren Kundenbedarfe entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette von Werkstoffen über Materialbearbeitungsservices bis hin zu Supply Chain Lösungen
  • Sie bauen starke, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf mit technischem Verständnis und vertrieblicher Überzeugungskraft
  • Sie wirken mit an Angebotsstrategien, Ausschreibungen und Rahmenverträgen
  • Sie bringen Impulse ein, wie wir unser Portfolio für Defence-Kunden noch besser aufstellen können
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner*in für die administrativen und operativen Prozesse rund um Ihre Kunden mit Weitblick und technischem Verständnis

Your profile

  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Supply Chain Management in der Defence-Branche (z.B. Luftfahrt, Wehrtechnik, Rüstung)
  • Vertrautheit mit besonderen Anforderungen in Bezug auf Materialien, Exportkontrolle, Sicherheitsregularien und Zertifizierungen
  • Begeisterung für den Kundenkontakt und den Wechsel in eine vertriebsnahe Rolle
  • Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise in den Bereichen Metall, Verbundwerkstoffe oder Anarbeitung
  • Kommunikationssichere Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse (weitere europäische Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
