Aufgaben
- Support of the operations and maintenance topics regarding SAP SuccessFactors instances with different modules (Employee Central, Learning and HR Performance Management)
- Coordination of the troubleshooting and bug fixing with the different business departments and other stakeholders
- Serving as a part of the 2nd level support and the contact for the global key users and business departments
- Analysis of errors, developing workarounds and permanent solutions, assistance for how-to-questions as well as handling of service requests
- Keeping incidents, developing documentation and knowledge base up-to-date
- Perform regularly support and maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with internal processes
- Support of go-lives
- Collaboration in projects
Profil
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Service, IT or related
- At least 1-2 years of work experience
- Fluent written and spoken English, German language would be an asset
- Willingness to travel (regular business trips to Essen)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR software in the following modules: Master Data, Learning, Performance Management
- Knowledge of internet and cloud technologies
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in process analysis, optimization and design
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong service thinking skills and service orientation
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
