Your responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead Innovation Projects: Define project scope, timelines, internal and external resources; ensure progress and report towards development leadership team
  • Strategic Objectives: Together with other project leaders, align the outcome of innovation projects according to our strategic goals; evaluate between standardization and individual solutions
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, Intellectual property and benchmark to identify potentials for growth and transformation in our company
  • Idea Development: Support in implementing and maintaining our global innovation processes; use advanced methods to effectively create and evaluate innovative ideas
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with local and international teams, including T&I, SAM, QAM, Prototyping, Operations and other relevant stakeholder
  • Operational Exchange: Exchange with our plants in two ways: Support on implementation of innovative findings into the plants and collect ideas and best practices to analyze for global potentials

Your profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Technical Project Management, Innovation Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of international project management experience, preferably in innovation, product or process development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills incl. Usage of PM-Software (e.g. PLM); PM certificates are a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, DOE) and Intellectual Property regulations
  • Business fluent English; German, Spanish, Chinese or Hungarian is a plus
  • Willingness for international travels
