Your responsibilities

Objetivo del puesto:

Crear, implementar, administrar, controlar y mejorar cadenas logísticas de empaque, abarcando desde proveedores, producción interna y clientes finales, tanto serie como nuevos proyectos, tomando en cuenta la calidad del producto y la satisfacción del cliente.

Actividades claves de la posición:

  • Análisis, creación, aplicación y control de instrucciones de embalaje y los materiales tipo empaque para series y nuevos proyectos.
  • Aseguramiento de disponibilidad de empaques en cada momento para cumplir el plan de producción y los embarques a clientes relacionados.
  • Controlar la compra de empaques de serie y controlar los gastos de cada OU según presupuesto, elaborar las ordenes de compras y controlar el surtimiento de los empaques en tiempo.
  • Creación de PDS de acuerdo con requerimientos de cliente y/o proceso
  • Generación de instrucciones de empaque para materiales WIP/ FG/ SUB-CONTRATACIÓN.
  • Creación y actualización de instrucciones de empaque en SAP para el correcto. seguimiento de los procesos y facturación.
  • Asegurar el correcto seguimiento de instrucciones de empaque en lugares de uso.
  • Control de documentación de acuerdo con QS.
  • Realizar costeos y/o propuestas de PDS para nuevos proyectos junto con desarrollo de operaciones y las áreas de Supply Chain development.
  • Apoyo a almacenes en capacitación para el control de conciliaciones de empaque retornable con cliente en conjunto con Customer Service.
  • Controlar cambios de empaque internos/ cliente.
  • Gestionar los desarrollos de empaque en conjunto con compras hasta la generación de la P.O. abiertas para su gestión definitiva por disponentes de materiales.

    Perfil requerido / Competencias profesionales

  • Estudios: Ingeniería en Logística y Cadena de Suministro, Industrial o afín, Licenciatura Administrador de Empresas
  • Experiencia: : 2 año de experiencia en manejo de empaques en el ramo automotriz.
  • Idiomas/nivel requerido : Inglés (conversación de Negocios)
  • Programas de cómputo: MS Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel), Manejo de portales de clientes como: LISON (VW, Audi), Covisint (Ford), SAP Intermedio
  • Conocimientos Principios básicos de la cadena de suministro, logística operativa y planeación, control de producción. Materiales de empaque.
  • Habilidades:
    • Negociación.
    • Análisis numérico alto.
    • Comunicación clara y concreta.
    • Manejo de personal.
    • Solución de problemas y/o conflictos.
