Your responsibilities

Objetivo del puesto:

  • Aseguramiento y mantenimiento de los requisitos de calidad relevantes de los clientes en su área de responsabilidad. Mantenimiento y mejoramiento de los estándares de calidad considerando las especificaciones de los clientes. La consecución de la satisfacción del cliente.

Actividades claves de la posición:

  • Procesamiento y solución de las reclamaciones de clientes y hacia proveedores (8D's, etc.) mantener actualizada la base de datos (SAP).
  • Coordinación de medidas correctivas para la solución de problemas de calidad.
  • Coordinación de las acciones de mejora de calidad de la producción y proveedores.
  • Organización de las acciones de control en la planta, con el cliente y proveedores. Esto incluye planes de control y monitoreo de procesos.
  • Dirigir y hacer estudios / análisis de capacidad.
  • Responsable de mantener actualizado los lessons learned.
  • Seguimiento a los índices de calidad y cuidar que se cumplan los objetivos (KPIs).
  • Participación en las revisiones de proyectos.
  • Manejo de los desviaciones especiales en acuerdo con los responsables de calidad de casa matriz e Ingeniería.
  • Decisión de la utilización del material productivo en SAP (bloquear / desbloquear). Seguimiento al material en cuarentena.
  • Detener la producción en caso de encontrar una no conformidad.
  • Soporte a producción con temas de las juntas SQDC.
  • Soporte a la coordinación de nuevos productos con el departamento de Ingeniería de Casa Matriz y el Ingeniero de Producto.
  • Soporte a la fabricación de piezas muestra y prototipos para el cliente.
  • Responsable de tener los PFMEA de los productos. Interface con el moderador y el personal de calidad de Casa Matriz.
  • Representante de TK-PM ante el cliente para conocer, coordinar y asegurar el cumplimiento de sus requerimientos específicos.
  • Monitoreo de los portales de los clientes asignados Score Card (cuando aplique) a fin de responder en tiempo a los requerimientos de estos.

  • Perfil requerido / Competencias profesionales

    Estudios: Licenciatura - Industrial, Ing. Mecánica o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: Industria Automotriz como Ingeniero de Calidad.- mínimo 5 años. Experiencia con trato de clientes y proveedores.
  • Idiomas/nivel requerido: Inglés ( habla, escribe, lee, puede negociar). Alemán ( deseable).
  • Programas de computo: Q-Stat o MiniTab (software estadística), Microsoft office, SAP (preferente).
  • Conocimientos: Core tools, 8D’s, solución de problemas, control estadístico de proceso, Plan de Control, GD&T
