Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

  • Gestión de la calidad, planeación, desarrollo, coordinación y monitoreo de todas las actividades de proveedores de tratamientos térmicos y aceros, desde su nominación hasta el inicio de la producción de acuerdo con los lineamientos del grupo y los requisitos específicos del cliente, con el objetivo de reducir los costos de calidad atribuibles a un bajo nivel de desempeño de los proveedores.
  • Asegurar un lanzamiento exitoso de programas.
  • Gestión del proceso de APQP con proveedores externos.
  • Asegurar que todos los nuevos componentes cumplen las especificaciones y que el proceso del proveedor es capaz de entregar piezas para producción en serie

Actividades:

  • Responsable de la gestión de proyectos y desarrollo de nuevos componentes externos desde la nominación del nuevo proyecto a proveedor externo, hasta que el componente es liberado a producción en serie.
  • Asegurar el funcionamiento de las interfaces de desarrollo; compras, líder de proyecto, gestión de calidad y proveedor externo.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a la planeación de calidad del proveedor definido del componente. Garantizar que el proveedor entiende e implementa los requerimientos de tkP, a través de auditorías Process Readiness Audit (PRA).
  • Analizar y procesar los problemas de calidad relacionados con proveedores externos durante la etapa de desarrollo del componente y establecer medidas apropiadas para la mejora continua.
  • Desarrollo de proveedores potenciales.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a la producción en serie cuando sea requerido.
  • Asegurar la mejora continua y la gestión de nuestra base de proveedores, como representante técnico y de calidad en el proceso de manufactura del commodity en cuestión.
  • Cooperar con las áreas de ingeniería, compras y calidad con el fin de dar soporte a nuevos lanzamientos de programas.
  • Llevar a cabo la validación inicial del proceso y las auditorías de preparación del proceso en el proveedor externo.
  • Mejora continua del producto y proceso de fabricación

Your profile

Estudios:

  • Título universitario en ingeniería metalúrgica, materiales, química, mecánica o afín.
  • Experiencia:
    • Ingeniería de manufactura o calidad.
    • Experiencia en uso e implementación de herramientas de calidad. Preferible en la industria automotriz.
    • Interpretación de planos (GD&T).
    • Especialista de producto y/o proceso.
    • VDA 6.3
    • ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e IATF 16949.
  • Idiomas:
  • Inglés: Conversación de negocios
  • Alemán: Deseable
