Aufgaben
- Overall process ownership of all project management related processes
- Leading the project management support teams (project coordinators, improvement projects leaders and Agile consultant team)
- Supporting the engineering projects in PM related issues
- Supporting project management related audits and assessments
- Implementing continuous improvements in the PM area based on internal needs, latest state- of-the-art trends and following recent releases of the automotive standards
- Training and professional evaluation of all PMs
- Support the agile development in the organization
- Defining a PM development program to grow internal PM candidates
Profil
- BSc/MSc degree in Engineering Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable
- At least 15+ years of professional work experience
- 10 years of project management and 5 years of people management experience in the area of software development (preferable in automotive industry but another PM experience at large organizations are welcome)
- Proven leadership and management skills in large-scale projects
- Negotiation level knowledge of English
- Advanced communication and networking skills
- Structured thinking, process orientation
- Problem-solving, goal-oriented attitude
- Team-oriented approach
