Your responsibilities

  • Lead and further develop a team of two Marketing Key Account Managers in the Europe & Rest of World region within the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Strategically plan, manage, and execute all regional aftermarket marketing activities (e.g., trade partners, distributors, workshops).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and global marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement a regional aftermarket marketing strategy aligned with global corporate and marketing objectives.
  • Adapt global marketing campaigns for the regional market and design tailored trade marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and activation initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities, manage regional marketing budgets, and represent the brand at key customer meetings, international events, and trade shows.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of marketing experience in the Automotive Aftermarket, ideally with a focus on key accounts or B2B/channel marketing.
  • Initial leadership experience or a strong willingness to take on people management responsibility and further develop the team and function.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident presence, and strong customer orientation.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to operational execution.
  • Experience in international organizations is an advantage; very good English skills required, additional languages are a plus.
