Your responsibilities
- Support recruitment and succession planning processes.
- Coordinate and supports performance management, talent management, and career development processes.
- Support and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Support organizational change and change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor legislation.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepares reports for management, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Service teams to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary review activities.
- Support conflict resolution, disciplinary, and grievance management processes.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Observing the thyssenkrupp Compliance Policy and acting accordingly.
Your profile
- BSc or MSc degree (economist, communication studies, HR)
- Fluent English
- Labour law knowledge
- Loadability
- Willingness to travel
- Discretion and reliability
- Computer skills
