Aufgaben
- Preparing and owning employees documentation,
- Entering data into the internal HR systems,
- Managing foreigners’ employment,
- Providing daily support to employees in various HR-related topics,
- Providing support to other HR team members, managers and team leaders in labor law -related topics,
- Co-operating with internal Accounting and Controlling team,
- Co-operating with external payroll provider,
- Co-operating with external organizations, e.g. ZUS, US, GUS, PFRON, PIP,
- Managing and administration of employee benefits, PPK,
- Supervision of ZFŚS,
- Participation in the development and implementation of HR policies,
- Monitoring and implementation of solutions related to changes of HR-related regulations,
- Initiating and implementation of projects related to HR admin, payroll, ZFŚS, benefits directed to standardization, digitalization and high quality of HR processes,
- Partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders, pulling metrics as needed to help assist in the goals of various teams,
- Educating managers, team leaders and employees on labor law/ HR admin - related topics.
Profil
- Min. 4 years of experience in HR administration / people operations / payroll / benefits,
- Very good knowledge of Polish labor law, foreigners employment, HR admin and social taxes,
- Good knowledge and practical experience in the field of Polish regulatory and HR processes (e.g. ZUS, PIT, GUS, PFRON, PPK),
- Good knowledge of payroll calculation will be an asset,
- Knowledge of HR tools like Enova and Success Factors will be an asset,
- Knowledge of HR admin best practices, HR admin trends and readiness to search for innovative solutions,
- Fluency in Polish and English,
- Experience with MS Office applications, including solid MS Excel skills,
- People- and data-orientation at the same time,
- End-to end thinking and high level of ownership,
- Self-reliant, keeping deadlines, disciplined,
- Build trust and respect of local employees to ensure you can act as a confidential advisor and support local employee issues and strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations,
- Good planning skills, friendly and service-oriented attitude to communication.
