Your responsibilities

Gestaltungsraum: Ganzheitliche Leitung eines modernen Automobilzulieferstandorts, operativ wie strategisch. Verantwortlich für alle Kernbereiche der Wertschöpfung und Steuerung: von Fertigung, Instandhaltung und Logistik über Qualität bis hin zu Prototypenbau, Sondermaschinenbau und technischer Planung.

  • Standortverantwortung: Ganzheitliche operative Leitung des Produktionsstandorts mit rund 650 Mitarbeitenden in direkter Verantwortung für alle produktionsnahen und in indirekter Verantwortung für alle unterstützenden Bereiche wie z.B. Einkauf, HR, Controlling und IT.
  • Produktionssteuerung: Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung in Qualität, Kosten und Liefertreue sowie kontinuierliche Effizienzsteigerung in Fertigung, Instandhaltung und Logistik.
  • Technische Verantwortung: Leitung des Bereichs technische Planung sowie Steuerung des Prototypenbaus und des Sondermaschinen-/Werkzeugbaus.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Umsetzung moderner Produktionsstrategien auf Basis von Lean Management, KVP und Digitalisierung.
  • Sicherheits- und Umweltmanagement: Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Standards in Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätsmanagement und Umweltschutz.
  • Standortentwicklung: Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Standorts in enger Abstimmung mit dem SVP Operations der Business Unit sowie Vertretung des Werks gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.

Your profile

  • Bildungshintergrund: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Führungserfahrung: Mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in der Automobilzulieferindustrie.
  • Produktionskompetenz: Tiefes Verständnis für die Montage komplexer Baugruppen, vorzugsweise Dämpfersysteme.
  • Methodenwissen: Versierter Umgang mit Lean Management, KVP und modernen Fertigungsprozessen.
  • Persönlichkeit: Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, unternehmerisches Denken und Entscheidungsfreude.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Erfahrung in der konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit Mitbestimmungsgremien sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
