Your responsibilities

  • Daily processing of GL/AP/AR transactions (with main focus on GL)
  • Reconciliation of balance and nominal accounts. All deviations should be verified and explained
  • Month-end closing for the chosen entity, reporting and verification of balance and turnover
  • Year-end closing for the chosen entity, reporting and verification of balance and turnover
  • Other tasks given by supervisor including: taking part in transitions, contact with client, reporting

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance/ Accountancy
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP
  • Accounting, data processing experience min. 1 year
  • BPO/SSC experience min. 1 year
  • Fluent German or English language skills
  • Concentration and attention to details skills
  • Ability to work under the pressure of time and meet deadlines
  • High customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and plan work
  • Organizing skills as well as methodical and analytical attitude towards given tasks
  • Personal high working standards
  • Willingness to continuous learning and updating of professional knowledge

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
