Your responsibilities

  • Content mit Wirkung erstellen: Du unterstützt unser Marketing & Communications Team dabei, spannende Inhalte für die interne und externe Kommunikation zu gestalten, erstellst Auswertungen und bereitest Ergebnisse und Präsentationen auf
  • Intranet aktiv mitgestalten: Du hältst unser Intranet aktuell und entwickelst Inhalte mit
  • Interne Kommunikation stärken: Für unsere internen Kommunikationskanäle erstellst du Texte, analysierst Reichweiten und leitest spannende Insights ab
  • Video-Content begleiten: Du unterstützt vor Ort bei der Anfertigung von Video-Content und begleitest Drehs
  • Social Media und Newsletter mitgestalten: Bei der Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung unserer Inhalte, insbesondere auf LinkedIn und in Business Newslettern, bringst du deine Ideen aktiv ein
  • Digitale Präsenz weiterentwickeln: Du administrierst Google My Business inklusive dem Referenzmanagement

Your profile

  • Du absolvierst Dein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang z. B. mit dem Schwerpunkt Unternehmenskommunikation, Journalismus oder Medienmanagement
  • Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Erfahrungen in der redaktionellen Arbeit oder im Bereich Social Media und Video-Content sammeln
  • Du bringst Ideen ein, denkst mit und gestaltest unsere Kommunikation aktiv mit
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Gespür für visuelles Design und hast idealerweise bereits mit Canva gearbeitet
  • Du hast vorzugsweise bereits in einem CMS gearbeitet
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im Videodreh und -schnitt (insbesondere mit der Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in PowerPoint runden Dein Profil ab

Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, Erfahrungen im Bereich Kommunikation & Social Media zu sammeln und im Konzern ein berufliches Netzwerk aufzubauen. Der Zeitraum beläuft sich zunächst auf 12 Monate (mit Option auf Verlängerung) und die Arbeitszeit beträgt 20 Stunden pro Woche.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email.
