Your responsibilities

The ESG Data Transparency Specialist ensures accurate collection, validation, and reporting of ESG-related supplier data. This role enables compliance with sustainability regulations and provides transparency to customers, auditors, and stakeholders.

1. Data Collection

  • Manage supplier ESG data requests.
  • Ensure timely collection of Scope 3 and sustainability metrics.
  • Track response rates and completeness

2. Data Validation

  • Validate supplier-reported ESG data.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate reporting standards.
  • Flag inconsistencies for resolution.

3.Reporting & Dashboards

  • Prepare ESG transparency dashboards.
  • Support corporate sustainability reports.
  • Provide data to customers and auditors.

4. Integration

  • Align ESG data with procurement master data.
  • Ensure integration into Power BI and reporting systems.
  • Standardize ESG KPIs across BUs.

5. Collaboration

  • Work with suppliers to improve reporting quality.
  • Partner with Sustainability and Compliance teams.
  • Support BU procurement with ESG requests.

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, or Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience: from 2 to 4 years experience in ESG reporting, data management, or procurement.
  • Knowledge of ESG regulations and customer CSR expectations.
  • Strong knowledge of Scope 3, CSRD, and other reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with data platforms (preferable Prewave) and supplier questionnaires.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
