Your responsibilities

  • Strategic development of bilstein.com and all associated websites, including the global digital strategy and website architecture
  • Hands-on creation and implementation of landing pages, website content, and new digital features
  • Continuous optimization of SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to maximize digital visibility and relevance across search engines and AI-driven platforms
  • Continuous improvement of website usability, design, performance, and conversion through data-driven optimization
  • Strategic development of CRM marketing capabilities and implementation of automated marketing journeys and campaigns
  • Identification and integration of AI applications and technologies across website, CRM, content, analytics, and marketing processes to improve customer experience, automation, and efficiency
  • Responsibility for the technical website setup, hosting, domain management, and the integration of relevant digital systems and tools
  • Management of the digital marketing budget and development and management of the digital agency network
  • Project management and co-development of digital solutions to improve the customer journey, marketing effectiveness, and operational efficiency
  • Definition of relevant KPIs, performance measurement, and continuous monitoring of digital marketing success, trends, and opportunities

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, ideally with a focus on Website, SEO, CRM, or eCommerce
  • Practical experience with CMS and digital marketing systems
  • Genuine interest in the automotive aftermarket and the ability to understand and empathize with the needs, behaviors, and perspectives of its target audiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work across functions and with external agencies
  • Business-fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; good German language skills are a plus

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1
