Your responsibilities

  • You optimize and standardize Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes and templates to drive greater efficiency, transparency, and organizational alignment.
  • You design, implement, and continuously enhance modern FP&A tools and dashboards (SAP, SAP@KONS, Analysis for Office, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Anaplan, Power BI) to strengthen transparency, automation, and the speed of insights.
  • You develop and establish advanced forecasting capabilities by applying predictive analytics and robust scenario planning.

  • You continuously elevate data quality, data consistency, and automation across all planning and reporting workflows.

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in Finance, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.

  • You are excellent in communicating and presenting complex topics in English.
  • You bring advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and solid SAP expertise to support high-quality financial analysis and reporting.

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Finance, ideally in a dynamic or international environment.

  • You are experienced with BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, or Tableau; foundational programming skills (Python, Macros) are an advantage.

  • You demonstrate a strong ability to optimize and automate processes, combined with the initiative and drive to deliver measurable, value-adding improvements.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Step 4

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

The offer
