Your responsibilities

  • Sie sind Teil des CERTs von thyssenkrupp und unterstützen dieses konzernweit bei seiner Mission zur Identifizierung und Untersuchung von IT-Sicherheitsvorfällen
  • Sie betreiben die zentrale IT-Infrastruktur und Applikationen des Cyber Defense Centers und entwickeln diese kontinuierlich zur Abdeckung interner und externer Anforderungen weiter
  • Dabei pflegen Sie eine Kubernetes-basierte „Hyperconverged“-Infrastruktur bestehend aus unterschiedlichsten containerisierten Applikationen, vom Micro-Service bis zum App-Cluster
  • Zusätzlich halten Sie die bestehenden Systeme aktuell und pflegen diese mittels Ansible Playbooks, welche Sie für neue Systeme und Applikationen selbstständig entwickeln
  • Sie konfigurieren Systeme nach dem Prinzip „Security and Privacy by Design“ und entwickeln Automationen und Integrationen nach dem Prinzip „Don’t repeat yourself (DRY)“, aber auch „Keep it simple, stupid (KISS)“
  • Sie integrieren unterschiedlichste Softwarekomponenten innerhalb einer homogenen Systemlandschaft, welche maßgeblich aus Linux und Open Source Bestandteilen besteht, aber den Anforderungen einer heterogenen konzernweiten IT-Landschaft gerecht wird
  • Bei Bedarf führen Sie weitergehende Analysen und Recherchen im Hinblick auf Lösungsalternativen, Integrationsmöglichkeiten und Funktionsumfang von IT-Lösungen durch und berücksichtigen dabei technische und nicht-technische Anforderungen
  • Sie verwalten und pflegen die Server und Netzwerke in den Laboren des Cyber Defense Centers und des Rechenzentrums in Frankfurt und passen diese inkl. physikalischer Aspekte (Verkabelung, etc.) bei Bedarf an
  • Sie informieren sich proaktiv über relevante neue Technologien und passen Ihr Wissen dem technischen Fortschritt kontinuierlich an

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit den Schwerpunkten Systemintegration oder Anwendungsentwicklung
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen IT-Betrieb nach DevOps Prinzipien sowie das Wissen über IT-Sicherheit und Entwicklung eines hohen Automationsgrades mit
  • Sie verfügen über vertiefte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerke (inkl. Switch- und Firewall-Konfiguration), IT-Infrastrukturen und Linux-Betriebssysteme sowie zu anerkannten Tools und Lösungen, wie z.B. Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, GitLab und HashiCorp Vault
  • Sie fühlen sich in einer von Linux und Open Source Bestandteilen geprägten IT-Infrastruktur zu Hause und bewegen sich problemlos auf Linux-basierten Client- und Serversystemen
  • Sie kommunizieren fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) und können ggf. sogar mit zusätzlichen Industriestandard-Zertifizierungen wie z.B.: „Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation“ oder anderen Linux oder DevOps Zertifikaten punkten
