Your responsibilities

We are looking for a creative storyteller who combines graphic design expertise with strong communication skills and enjoys creating content that inspires, informs, and engages people through visuals and exciting storytelling.

Key responsibilites:

  • Create compelling visual communication - Design and develop creative communication materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Transform ideas into stories - Translate complex business topics into engaging visual concepts, presentations, infographics, campaigns, and other storytelling formats.
  • Produce multimedia content - Plan, create, and edit photo and video content for corporate communication.
  • Shape our visual identity - Ensure consistent application and further development of corporate design standards across all communication channels and touchpoints.
  • Create content across channels - Develop and produce content for intranet, website, app, social media, newsletters, presentations, and other communication channels.
  • Design communication campaigns - Develop creative concepts and execute communication campaigns from idea generation to final implementation.

Your profile

  • Educational background - Degree or vocational training in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a comparable field.
  • Creative expertise - Several years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, content creation or a related creative role.
  • Design skills - Strong expertise in layout, typography, branding, visual storytelling, and the creation of professional communication materials.
  • Photo and video production - Experience in photography, video shooting, editing, and post-production is highly desirable.
  • Software proficiency - Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Content and copywriting - Strong writing skills with the ability to create concise, engaging, and audience-oriented content in English.
  • Digital mindset - Affinity for social media, digital communication, AI-supported content creation, and emerging communication trends.
  • Language skills -Business-fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Personal profile - Creative thinker with a strong visual eye, hands-on mentality, structured way of working, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful communication experiences.
