Your responsibilities

  • Sie verantworten die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Steuerung sämtlicher für Compliance Investigation erforderlicher Prozesse, wie bspw. Whistleblower Hotline, Richtlinien und Auditansätze für das Segment Decarbon Technologies.
  • Sie führen im Segment Decarbon Technologies anlassunabhängige Compliance Audits (u. a. Kartell, Korruption und Datenschutz), im Team oder auch selbstständig, durch.
  • Sie führen anlassbezogene Prüfungen, etwa bei Whistleblowing-Hinweisen, durch.
  • Im Bedarfsfall konzeptionieren Sie risikomitigierende Maßnahmen und führen das Follow-up durch.
  • Des Weiteren begleiten Sie externe/behördliche Untersuchungen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.
  • Für die geprüften Vorgänge übernehmen Sie das Reporting inkl. der Erstellung aussagekräftiger KPI.

Your profile

  • Sie verfügen über einen Master-/Diplomabschluss mit überdurchschnittlichen Noten, vorzugsweise aus dem Bereich Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
  • Sie haben mehrere Jahre und aktuelle Berufserfahrungen in dem Tätigkeitsfeld, vorzugsweise mit kartellrechtlichem oder strafrechtlichem Schwerpunkt sowie Erfahrungen im internationalen Kontext.
  • Sie zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass Sie das Themenfeld nicht nur operativ begleiten, sondern dieses eigenverantwortlich aufbauen, strategisch steuern und perspektivisch mit fachlicher Führungsverantwortung weiterentwickeln können.
  • Sie verfügen über Fachkenntnisse aus den Rechtsgebieten Kartellrecht, Korruptionsrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Strafrecht und Datenschutzrecht.
  • Sie haben Freude an Ermittlungstätigkeiten, zeigen neben Beharrlichkeit und Eigeninitiative auch die notwendige Diskretion.
  • An gelegentlichen Dienstreisen, welche teils auch recht kurzfristig anberaumt werden können, haben Sie Spaß. Zudem arbeiten Sie gerne interkulturell.
  • Ihre verhandlungssicheren Englischkenntnisse und sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse werden idealerweise noch um eine weitere Fremdsprache ergänzt.
  • Im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket sind Sie versiert.
