Responsible for posting cash and performing tasks requiring quick resolution of issues; includes providing account reconciliation and performing payment research.Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for posting cash receipts to open accounts receivable
- Identifies payment discrepancies and initiates dispute resolution process and performs follow up procedures as needed
- Performs in-depth customer payment analysis to properly record actions required to resolve disputed items
- Maintains frequent contact with internal customers in order to address all payment issues

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with coursework in accounting
- Two years relevant work experience, including experience processing invoices and checks and making and preparing bank deposits.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and accounting software.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
