Your responsibilities

  • Du füllst bereitgestellte Teile/Komponenten nach Arbeitsplanvorgabe in Magazine ein und prüfst diese auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit.
  • Zudem montierst du nach eindeutigen Vorgaben Teile und/oder vormontierte Komponenten unter Anwendung einfach zu handhabender Werkzeuge und Verbindungstechniken.
  • Du stellst Ablaufstörungen an Maschinen fest und behebst diese eigenständig oder lässt diese nach der Weitergabe einer Störungsbeschreibung beheben.
  • Du führst Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten durch.
  • Du überwachst und steuerst die vorgegebenen Anlagenparameter und meldest Fertigungsmengen und -aufträge im MES-System.
  • Die Beachtung und Förderung des Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzes sowie die Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung (KVP) der im Unternehmen geltenden Umweltleitlinien und deren Ziele behältst du stets im Blick.

Your profile

  • Idealerweise kannst du eine abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung im Metall- oder Elektrobereich vorweisen.
  • Die Bereitschaft zur produktionsbegleitenden Schichtarbeit in unterschiedlichen Schichtmodellen runden dein Profil ab.

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Online application

Have you found an interesting vacancy? Then apply online. You won’t need more than 10 minutes. The entire application process – from initial contact to response – usually takes between four and six weeks.

Receipt of your application

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application – within a few minutes if you apply online; it may take a couple of days if you apply by email. Our recruiters check your application documents and get in touch with you. For some positions we will conduct a preliminary telephone interview with you.

Review by functional department

Our recruiter submits a preliminary selection of candidates to the specialist department for consideration. The department will then look closely to check whether your qualifications meet the requirements of the job.

Interview

If you are a suitable candidate for the job, we’d like to get to know you personally in an interview with the specialist department and HR. If you or we need more time, we'll invite you to a second interview.

The offer
