Your responsibilities

  • Maintain and govern and continuously improve global master data within the ERP system
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined master data governance standards and processes
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure sustainable master data management processes
  • Be a key contact for the creation, validation, modification and quality assurance of ERP master data for the global business.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and planning inputs, including detailed data analysis
  • Act as a key point of contact for ad hoc reporting and analytical requirements of ERP data
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing reporting methodologies, data quality, and data structures
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and consistency across global entities
  • Track KPI deviations, highlight key variances, and support the implementation of corrective actions
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for internal stakeholders

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or similar and have 10-12 years of work experience ideally in an international company
  • You are characterized by technical and analytical skills across multiple process disciplines and supporting information systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics and SAP
  • You are familiar with PowerBI - Setup, Maintain, Debugging, Row Level Security functions
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Experience with scripting in VBA and Python is a plus
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams round off your profile
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (C2-Level)

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
