Your responsibilities
Aim of the position
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of supplier invoices while maintaining compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
Main responsibilities and Contents
- Manage the accounts payable cycle for Italian suppliers of materials and services, including invoice processing and matching against purchase orders.
- Handle the administrative and accounting management of suppliers subject to withholding tax requirements.
- Verify, collect, and manage declarations of intent in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support monthly closing activities and periodic accounting reviews.
- Collaborate with auditors by preparing the required documentation and providing support during audit activities.
- Perform administrative and accounting tasks related to supplier accounting and accounts payable management.
Your profile
Skills, qualifications and abilities
- High School Diploma in accounting.
- At least 4-5 years of previous experience in accounts payable or supplier accounting.
- Good knowledge of VAT regulations and withholding tax requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Economics:

- Annual Gross Salary range 30K-32K (already prorated to the part-time working schedule)
- Following the conclusion of the selection process, the Company may propose a gross annual salary that differs from the figures outlined in this job posting. Any such adjustment will reflect the candidate's overall profile, including professional background, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills evaluated throughout the process.
