Your responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise AI governance framework, including policies, standards, controls, intake workflows, and evidence requirements.
- Lead AI risk assessments covering privacy, data protection, bias and fairness, explainability, robustness, security, IP exposure, and operational risk.
- Define governance processes for AI agents and AI applications, including inventory, ownership, approval gates, monitoring expectations, and lifecycle controls.
- Partner with legal, privacy, security, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams to translate regulatory and policy requirements into implementable controls.
- Support the use of Microsoft Purview and related controls for information protection, DLP, retention, auditability, and protection of data used by AI services.
- Prepare governance reports, decision records, and evidence packs for leadership, control functions, internal audit, or external reviews.
- Develop templates, training, playbooks, and awareness materials to help teams adopt responsible AI practices consistently.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 to 7+ years in governance, compliance, risk, security, privacy, or data governance roles.
- Experience working with technology governance or data governance in enterprise environments.
- Experience with AI governance, model risk, or responsible AI programs is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of EU and international AI / privacy regulation is required.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, privacy, data protection, compliance, and control design in enterprise environments.
- Practical experience with risk assessment methods, control mapping, assurance workflows, and policy operationalization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and related information protection, DLP, audit, and compliance capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across legal, privacy, security, architecture, and engineering stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting, training content, and control documentation.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on auditability, traceability, and pragmatic implementation.
- Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate (SC-401 path)
- IAPP Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP)
- IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E)
- PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer (or equivalent recognized ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer credential)
- Training on the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) or a recognized third-party training/certification based on the NIST AI RMF.
