Your responsibilities

  • Du überzeugst Leads von unseren KI-basierten Softwareprodukten und wandelst sie durch einen beratenden Sales-Ansatz in Kunden um
  • Du verantwortest als Teil des Sales Team die Entwicklung und Durchführung von Strategien zur Leadgenerierung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Business Development und Marketing Teams
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebsprozess vom Erstkontakt bis zur Übergabe an das Projektteam
  • Du identifizierst gemeinsam mit dem Sales-Team neue Kundenanforderungen und Marktpotenziale
  • Du erarbeitest Business Cases für den Einsatz unserer Analytics-Software auf Basis individueller Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Du entwickelst eigenständig Account- und Marktstrategien und setzt diese mit klaren Maßnahmenplänen und KPIs um
  • Du analysierst Markt- und Kundenpotenziale sowie relevante Branchentrends
  • Du unterstützt darüber hinaus die stetige Entwicklung unserer Sales-Prozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität unserer Arbeit
  • Du vertreibst sowohl SaaS-Lösungen als auch projektbasierte Implementierungs- und Beratungsleistungen
  • Du pflegst Leads, Verkaufschancen und die Vertriebspipeline in unserem CRM-System

Your profile

  • Du verfügst über 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B Vertrieb von SaaS.
  • Du teilst unsere Begeisterung für das Startup-Umfeld und bist hochmotiviert, serviceorientiert und hast die Fähigkeit, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu verstehen und diese für unsere Produkte zu begeistern
  • Du hast eine IT-Affinität, Interesse an Datenstrukturen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich und präzise zu erklären
  • Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen mit den Herausforderungen im Supply Chain Management gesammelt. wie z.B. Bedarfsplanung und Lieferkettenoptimierung
  • Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikations- und Networkingfähigkeiten gepaart mit Überzeugungskraft und Erfolgswillen
  • Du siehst dich als Teamplayer, der Kolleg:innen jederzeit unterstützt, um das gemeinsame Ziel zu erreichen
  • Vorzugsweise hast du Erfahrung in der länderübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit global verteilten Teams (Zeitzonen und Kulturen)
  • Du signalisierst Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft, um dem Kunden nah zu sein.
  • Weiterhin verfügst du über exzellente Deutsch und sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process
