We're Hiring – 1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Acworth, GA

Key Responsibilities
Sort, stack, clean, wash, inspect, and stock cartons, pallets, or parts to support warehouse operations.
Assist with order filling, packaging, and completing required paperwork accurately.
Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment to move or deliver stock.
Support machine operators with routine tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment; promptly report any malfunctions.
Provide training to new team members as needed.
Follow all safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards and protocols.
Work directly on the warehouse floor, often around heavy machinery.
Demonstrate TKMNA’s core values and competencies in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Basic computer skills with the ability to use scanning technology.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Comfortable using hand-held measuring tools.
Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
Intermediate or higher computer proficiency is a plus.
