Feladataid
- Become part of a multinational and motivated Talent Acquisition team as a part of a new Center of Excellence
- Contribute to shaping the global Talent Acquisition function and establishing an efficient operating model aligned with business need
- Responsible for leading, coaching and developing the local Talent Acquisition Team in Hungary
- Ensure delivery of high quality, scalable and data driven recruiting and employer branding solutions aligned with global standards and local needs
- Collaborate closely with HR business partner and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategiesin Hungary
- Monitor TA metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in the recruitment of key positions
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities and make decisions based on these information
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on recruitment metrics and trends
- Managing and developing recruitment, selection, and placement processes
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and recruitment consultants
- Contribute developing and executing the company's recruitment strategy, employer brand in alignment with business goals and objectives
Elvárások
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or Economics)
- At least 7+ years of experience in Recruitment Team Leader or Talent Acquisition Manager role
- Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
- In-depth knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Team-player and proactive attitude
- German knowledge is advantage
