Role:
- You will be providing L2 support for server, storage (datacenter) requests in consideration of SLA’s
- You will be providing support services in alignment to ITIL
- You will be supporting Presta Steering facilities around the world in all questions of provided support area
- You have knowledge of ITSM tools in general and it’s use in alignment with standards and regulations
Main Tasks:
- Ensure IT services are available without restrictions and with required performance
- Use of organizations ITSM tool for resolution tracking of incidents and requests
- Fulfillment of Level 2 tickets in consideration of SLAs and/or KPIs
- Documentation of service-related activities and project related workloads

Technical Skills:
- You have knowledge in Microsoft server and Linux server technologies
- You have knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory services and technologies
- You have Knowledge in VMWare virtualization technologies
- You have Knowledge in IT Security requirements
- You have Basic knowledge in Network technologies
Requirement Profile
- You have experience in similar system engineer operations service role (service desk, daily operations and project related tasks)
- You have graduated from university or equivalent education
- You have multi-year practice in supporting enterprise IT infrastructure
- You have an ITIL Certification or alike
- You have good English and/or German language skills in speaking and writing
