As a key member of our Sales Office, you play a vital role in ensuring smooth end-to-end sales processes. By managing the internal sales backbone and acting as the central point of contact for your assigned customer group, you enable the Sales team to focus on strategic and commercial activitiesAct as the primary internal point of contact and end-to-end coordinator for all sales-related activities for a defined customer portfolio, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration
- Take ownership of the preparation, review, and continuous improvement of sales presentations, commercial documentation, and management reports
- Actively support new business acquisition by coordinating and driving timely input from all relevant departments, critically reviewing and validating commercial and technical data before customer submission
- Manage customer change requests by structuring required information, aligning departmental inputs, assessing commercial impacts, and preparing accurate and competitive customer quotations
- Ensure the correct transfer, maintenance, and consistency of quotation data in customer-specific documentation and customer portals (e.g. ED&T documentation), acting as quality gate for commercial information
- Own the maintenance, governance, and continuous optimization of sales master data across all relevant sales systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sales Price Management tools
- Take responsibility for managing serial orders in the Sales Price Management system, ensuring pricing accuracy, compliance with approved conditions, and timely updates
- Independently handle prototype, development cost, and tooling orders from order intake through delivery note creation, invoice initiation, and payment tracking, ensuring transparency and adherence to internal processes
- Actively support and partially drive the invoicing process in close coordination with Accounting, including monitoring overdue payments, clarifying discrepancies, and supporting corrective actions
- Perform regular and ad-hoc price and profitability analyses in close collaboration with plant controlling, proactively identifying risks and improvement potentials
Elvárások
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also welcome
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service in the automotive industry
- Strong English communication skills, German is an advantage
- Proactive, hands-on, and confident in managing a wide range of tasks to support both customers and the Sales team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
