Plant Supervisor - Santa Teresa, NM

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year + Bonus Incentive
Summary: Join our team at the cutting-edge plant in Santa Teresa, NM as a Plant Supervisor. We are seeking a results-driven individual fluent in English and Spanish, with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement in a Lean manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Lean principles to optimize manufacturing efficiencies and drive continual improvement.
Analyze workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow for maximum efficiency.
Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs to inform management decisions.
Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other critical information effectively.
Project manage technical upgrades, equipment installations, and tooling design.
Collaborate in contract reviews with relevant personnel for major projects.
Evaluate products based on specifications and quality standards.
Ensure successful completion of health and safety reviews for new equipment.
Travel as needed to support business operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing.
Technical expertise in sheet metal fabrication.
Experience with repetitive and build-to-suit manufacturing methods.
Proven ability to manage large, complex projects using industry tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, management, and leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical thinker.
Preferred Requirements:
Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
Additional Information:
Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
