As the regional head of our Global Operations & Digital Solutions team, you will be responsible for the daily execution and management of all standardized HR processes as well as the harmonization projects within region:
Lead and develop regional HR Operations teams across all products
Ensure adherence to global process standards and performance targets
Collaborate with Global Product Owners to implement harmonization initiatives
Oversee service delivery, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
Manage escalations and resolve operational issues
Own regional HR Ops budget and resource planning
Act as a key stakeholder for HRBPs, Payroll, IT, Legal, and external providers

University degree in business, psychology, law, or related field
7+ years experience in HR leadership roles, digital transformation or HRIS, preferably in industrial setting
Strong knowledge of HR strategy, labor law, talent, performance, and organizational development
Proven ability to lead transformation, manage complexity, and influence
