Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager leads, directs, evaluates, and develops all Human Resources operations to ensure the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and in alignment with established policies, guidelines, and budgetary objectives. This role is responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, workforce planning, learning and development, and HR systems and processes.
Reporting functionally to the Global Head of HR and locally to the Vice President of Service, the Human Resources Manager serves as a member of the organization’s leadership team, providing strategic guidance and operational expertise on people-related initiatives that support organizational goals, culture, and business performance. The position partners closely with leaders across the organization to promote employee engagement, develop talent, foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace, and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
The Human Resources Manager drives continuous improvement in HR programs, policies, and practices while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and the achievement of business objectives. Through effective leadership and collaboration, this role ensures the organization attracts, retains, and develops a skilled workforce capable of supporting current and future organizational success.
This position supports personnel our offices in Kennesaw, GA and Milwaukee, WI as well as remote employees located across the United States.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HR function and team, aligning people strategies with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Partner with business leaders to address workforce challenges, drive employee engagement, and support achievement of strategic objectives.
- Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, employee development, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Oversee payroll operations and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, effective vendor management, and a positive employee experience.
- Drive change management efforts and support organizational transformation, culture, inclusion, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
- Develop and execute HR strategies, operating plans, budgets, and key workforce programs in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.
- Lead employee and labor relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, grievance management, contract administration, negotiations, and litigation support.
- Analyze workforce data, trends, and metrics to provide insights, identify opportunities, and support informed business decisions.
- Coordinate annual HR processes, including compensation planning, merit and bonus programs, workforce planning, and organizational restructuring efforts.
- Maintain confidential employee information and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational effectiveness and workforce strategy.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

- Solid knowledge of Federal and state employment laws and regulations; keeps abreast of the legal environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience as a generalist or in two or more HR functional areas
- 2-3 years of experience in a related managerial role
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Prior experience working with executive management and business managers
- Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing effective HR solutions that meet business needs
- Change management leadership experience
- Solid working experience with all Microsoft office applications
Travel Demands:
This position is expected to travel no more than 20%
