- Manages weekly payroll and all its related processes, attendance control, reports, documentation, formats and criteria related to all types of weekly payroll incidences.
- Maintains updated database of unionized personnel, making additions, modifications, cancellations, various changes, ensuring the applicable documentation for files or authorizations required.
- Coordinates labor relations with unionized employees, evaluations for plant contracts, contract terminations, application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Internal Labor Regulations, terminations, severance payments and appropriate documentation.
- Coordinates scheduling, requisitions, payment processes, follow-up and correction of failures of Transportation and Canteen suppliers, scheduling and timely service during overtime, weekends and holidays, coordinates applicable improvements and certifications.
- Manages deliveries, renewals, and maintains stock of uniforms for unionized personnel.
- Supports and actively participates with management in recreational activities for personnel.
- Provides attention to unionized personnel as the main point of contact to receive questions, complaints, comments, needs, etc., and channels them to the appropriate areas in HR or other departments, trying to provide answers and solutions to the collaborators.
- He is responsible together with the Human Resources department for the department's indicators and their compliance, such as Headcount control, Turnover, etc., and supports by carrying out corrective and preventive actions to improve their performance.
- Support in the compliance of audits, NOM's and applicable laws and the activities derived from them in the HR area.
- Responsible together with the HR Management for the good relationship with the members of the Union.

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
- Ability to communicate in English (Speaking, reading and writing).
- Basic knowledge of LFT (Federal Labor Law), IMSS Law, INFONAVIT Law and Income Tax Law.
