Job Summary
This position is responsible for working within the HR Ops team in a hybrid capacity. This individual will be working within the Employee Care team, the human resource data management team for the US and Canada as well as backup for the leave team. This individual will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of HR system records, as well as supporting the Employee Care team, leave team and other HR Ops roles as necessary. Key Accountabilities
Data Management & Integrity
- Responsible for entry and maintenance of employee master data and auditing for accuracy of key data points for payroll processing.
- Assist with maintaining data accuracy as it relates to organization, position, and job structure master data in HRIS system.
- Monitor HR Ops Ticket requests and ensure accurate completion within defined SLAs.
- Responsible for processing ticket transactions including but not limited to separations, direct deposit, W4 updates, address changes, one-time payments, pay changes and badge/timecard updates.
Assist with entering US new hire entry, Canada new hire entry, rehire entries.
- Responsible for processing HR Ops related reports, 401k feedback file, arrears report, new hire/term reports, Canada Arrears reporting and special reports as needed.
- Respond and resolve level one incoming employee inquiries received from email, phone or text.
- Assist the leave team with employee responses pertaining to the employee leave of absence.
- Open leave actions within appropriate system.
- Code FMLA and STD time in tacking system.
- Processes leave requests and decision notices.
HR Administration
- Support the Employee Care team with assigning and resolving tickets, answering text message and phone requests
- Maintain employee ID information in global directory.
- Support Leave Administration team, as needed.
- Participate in special projects, as needed.
Process Improvement
- Document Data Team processes, development of checklists and forms to promote structure and ensure legal compliance (i.e. wage and hour laws, data protection laws, etc.)
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for process improvement to drive solutions.
- Assist in identifying system requirements and testing new solutions.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service or related experience

- Solid experience working with MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Discipline to work with highly confidential information and ability to critically analyze data input/output for accuracy and effectiveness.
