Job Description
What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide customer service regarding material and order status via phone/email
✅ Assist customers by coordinating issue resolution with internal departments
✅ Meet and track internal sales goals related to orders and customer service
✅ Maintain and update reports on issues, orders, and sales results
✅ Enter orders and prepare quotes as needed
✅ Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
✔️ 2+ years of customer service experience (Sales or purchasing experience in the aerospace industry is a plus!)
✔️ Strong computer skills beyond the basics
✔️ Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
✔️ Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused
✔️ Flexible availability, including potential overtime
