The Corporate Maintenance Manager (Division) is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive maintenance program across multiple facilities. This position ensures the reliability, performance, and safety of critical assets while driving operational excellence throughout the division.
The successful candidate will lead maintenance teams, oversee repair and installation activities, manage departmental budgets, and implement data-driven strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life.

Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic leadership and planning: Develop and execute strategic maintenance plans to optimize asset reliability and operational efficiency. This includes implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs across all facilities.
- Team and staff management: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance managers and technicians. Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Budget and financial management: Develop, manage, and track the overall maintenance budget for the corporation. This includes identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing capital expenditure (CapEx) projects, and optimizing spending on parts and labor.
- Vendor and contract management: Negotiate and manage service contracts with external vendors and contractors. Evaluate vendor performance and build relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality parts and services.
- Compliance and safety: Ensure all maintenance activities and facility operations comply with federal, state, and company health and safety regulations, including OSHA standards. Conduct regular safety audits and enforce strict safety protocols for all maintenance staff.
- Facilities and equipment oversight: Monitor the condition of all corporate facilities, grounds, and equipment through regular inspections. Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of all systems, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Data analysis and reporting: Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports for senior leadership. Use data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Problem-solving and crisis management: Lead the response to emergency repairs and equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting issues under pressure to minimize operational disruptions.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Facilities Management, or a related technical field is often preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, with experience overseeing multiple facilities or a large-scale operation.
- Certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) are highly valued.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP or Maximo.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams.
- Ability to travel as directed by leader / division oversight.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.

Job Compensation
$120,000 + (based on experience) + Performance Incentive Compensation
