Tariff Calculation
- Calculate, maintain, and update tariffs for various business applications.
- Ensure tariff calculations are transparent, accurate, and traceable across different sites.
- Collaborate with local finance and controlling teams to align costing methodologies and assumptions.
Post-Costing and Variance Analysis
- Perform semi-annual post-costing calculations for assigned product groups using Excel-based models.
- Support the development and implementation of a cross-site post-costing solution.
- Compare actual contribution margins with original quotation calculations.
- Identify, analyze, and explain cost and profitability variances.
- Prepare recommendations and insights to support business and financial decision-making.
Database and System Development
- Support the development of a quotation calculation database in cooperation with the Sales organization.
- Contribute to the creation of a Post-SOP vs. Quotation Calculation database to enable long-term cost comparison analyses.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of costing-related data.
- Work closely with Project Controlling and Finance Operations to define reporting requirements, data structures, and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of costing tools, databases, and reporting solutions.
Reporting and Business Support
- Prepare and analyze key purchasing initiatives on a weekly basis.
- Create analyses, reports, and decision-support materials for management reviews and performance meetings.
- Support additional controlling, administrative, and organizational activities as required.
- Contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives within the controlling function.
Elvárások
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of controlling, cost accounting, and costing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent numerical aptitude.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with databases, reporting tools, and financial analysis.
- Structured, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Controlling, Sales, and operational teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
