Role Summary:
You will own and run the Change Management process according to ITIL standards. The role includes defining governance coordinating the change lifecycle and ensuring effective risk mitigation for changes across systems services and suppliers. You will work closely with the ServiceNow team to embed the process into the platform and ensure consistent change handling. Two process coordinators support all ITSM processes but ownership for Change Management remains fully with this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and improve the Change Management process in line with ITIL best practices
- Maintain clear rules for change types, risk assessment, prioritisation, approvals and scheduling
- Build and enhance the Change module configuration in ServiceNow together with the ServiceNow team
- Lead the CAB including preparation, agenda review and followup
- Ensure changes are assessed, tested, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled and predictable way
- Monitor change success rates, emergency changes, backout patterns, and process compliance
- Cooperate with technical teams, service owners, project teams, and suppliers to ensure highquality change execution
- Support stability of operations by preventing avoidable changerelated incidents
- Align Change Management with Configuration, Incident, Problem, and Release processes

Requirements (Minimum):
- Solid understanding of ITIL with ITIL Foundation as a minimum
- Experience running or coordinating Change Management in an ITSM environment
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow Change or another enterprise ITSM platform
- Ability to design and document governance rules workflows and approval logic
- Good understanding of infrastructure services and project delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and clear communication
- Ability to work in a multiteam environment and drive consistency across suppliers
- Structured approach and readiness to take full ownership of the process
Nice to have:
- ITIL Managing Professional or higher ITIL certifications
- Experience with ServiceNow risk scoring scheduling conflicts and change calendar management
- Background in Release Management or technical change coordination
- Experience working in a multivendor based environment (incl. SIAM)
- Capability to run governance forums and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Understanding of dependencies between change configuration and service impact
- Experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management
