Vos responsabilités
Tariff classification of customs tariff numbers and preference management for the Aftermarket division;
- support with import processing for the prototype shop of the OE business of the German entity.
- Contact point of the Customs Representative and Trade Compliance Manager
Determination of Customs Tariff Codes / Master data managemnent
- Classification of new materials in the EZT, in particular according to the Combined Nomenclature, which are required for the export declaration of goods and for intra-trade between EU member states.
- Classification of goods according to export control licensing requirements
- Controlling and maintenance of material master data
- Compilation of technical data and information as well as the commercial contractual basis with third-country vendors for the tariff classification of imported goods.
Origin of goods and preference management
- Support with preference determination; requesting long-term supplier declarations for preferential trade in goods in accordance with the applicable EU implementing regulation, coordinating with suppliers if necessary. Verification of compliance with the wording and thus validity of the long-term supplier declarations. Recording of the respective preference statements in the OnP software.
- Analysis of planned production structures taking into account active preferential agreements. Determination of third-country customs duties on production materials and finished products and, if applicable, their savings potential through the use of preferential certificates.
- Assignment of list rules
- Review of changed preference statements
- Creation of long-term supplier declarations for customers
- Contact point for customs offices for verification procedures
- Import processing of thyssenkrupp Bilstein GmbH (German entity)
Import processing of the German GmbH
- Support with regard to checking the shipment documents and correctness of import customs clearance
- Contact point for customs offices for customs matters
General
- Participation in digitalization/improvement projects in the area of trade compliance
Votre profil
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Initial professional experience, ideally in the foreign trade sector, an advantage but not a must.
- Initial knowledge of logistics processes and SAP an advantage but not a must.
- Very good written and spoken German,
- good knowledge of English an advantage
- Good knowledge of PC and standard applications such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc., IT affinity
- Willingness to travel to Germany during the induction period
- Participation in further education and training to maintain and deepen knowledge of legal requirements, innovations and changes
