Vos responsabilités
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Service Delivery Manager to oversee the operational management of our critical IT environment. This is a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of both on-prem and cloud infrastructure services by effectively managing our external service provider. The Service Delivery Manager will act as the primary point of contact and escalation for these areas, driving service quality, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement through strong provider relationships and performance monitoring.
Main tasks:
- Coordinating and managing the transition of a service from internal to external provider.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of infrastructure (cloud & on-prem) services (network, data center, firewall) delivered by the provider.
- Monitor service availability, performance, and capacity, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Contribute to the successful execution of infrastructure project by providing expertise/support in solution design, facilitating the implementation phase and ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Identify opportunities for service optimization and cost reduction in collaboration with the provider.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure that the provider meet compliance regulation, security policies and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Votre profil
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT operation or governance in complex IT environments.
- Deep understanding and technical knowledge around one of the areas:
- cloud infrastructure and solutions proven by official certification at minimum associate level from Azure,
- network, data center or security, official certification at minimum associate level from Azure, CISCO, CompTIA or relevant,
- cloud based identity and access management (Entra ID) and endpoint management solutions (Intune).
- Experience in complex enterprise project in infrastructure area.
- Strong process knowledge and experience in ITIL practices.
- Great analytical and project management skills.
- Great communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English (German language would be an advantage).
