Vos responsabilités
Manage all Benchmarking and Target Costing activities during the bid phase worldwide in close cooperation with all local organizations involved.
Your responsibilities extend to the following:
- Market analysis related to Target Cost
- Development and implementation of Target Costing Principles
- Preparation and implementation of algorithm to calculate Target Cost
- Benchmarking of Cost Estimates.
- Plausibility check of quantities and Man-hours.
- Challenging the price basis.
- Develop KPI’s for the functional performance
- Actively support continuous benchmarking of functional performance, capabilities and cost basis in order to ensure ‘best in class’ in the area of responsibility
- Ensure implementation of harmonized functional support standards, procedures, processes, and tools in the area of responsibility
- Participate in functional specific lessons learned process and continuous improvement process
Votre profil
Professional Experience
- University degree (or similar) in engineering or management
- Several years of professional experience in Plant Engineering
- Several years of experience in development, roll-out and implementation of harmonized tools in a globally operating company
- Excellent knowledge of engineering tools/software, Primavera and Microsoft Office tools
- Very good English language skills and preferably in an additional foreign language

- Intensive communication skills
- Autonomic working
- High degree of operational readiness and the ability to work under pressure
- Readiness for travel within Germany and abroad
