Vos responsabilités
- Record and maintain all business transactions in fixed asset accounting (general and subsidiary ledgers) in accordance with HGB and IFRS, including the recording of asset additions and disposals
- Record and capitalize development costs, including fixed asset register maintenance
- Prepare and record investment subsidies and grants
- Reconcile investment and capital expenditure costs
- Prepare and post monthly depreciation
- Report on balance-sheet fixed assets as part of month-end and year-end closing activities, including internal and external group reporting (monthly data entry in SAP@KONS)
- Provide support for annual financial statement audits and tax audits
- Coordinate regularly with other departments on investment-related matters
- Prepare and maintain the investment report
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities in other areas of Accounting & Risk, as required
Votre profil
- Strong finance and accounting background, with solid SAP knowledge and practical experience
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Solid understanding of fixed asset accounting and financial accounting processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently, accurately and in a structured manner
- Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration
- A proactive and responsible approach to identifying and resolving issues
