Vos responsabilités
We are looking for an experienced SAP Procurement / MM Consultant to join our in-house SAP team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and optimizing end-to-end purchasing and procurement processes within a modern S/4HANA environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP MM with a strong focus on Purchasing processes
- Support and optimize end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, source determination, quota arrangements, contract management, and scheduling agreements
- Participate in S/4HANA migration projects, including Fiori activation and procurement process redesign
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and implement enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, and custom reports
- Ensure smooth integration of SAP MM with other modules (FI/CO, SD, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems
- Analyze and resolve purchasing-related issues, including process inefficiencies, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Create and maintain configuration documentation, functional specifications, and test scenarios
- Support user training, super-user enablement, and go-live activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, SAP best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements (including e-invoicing standards)
Votre profil
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience as an SAP Consultant in SAP ERP environments
- Strong SAP customizing experience in at least one core module (e.g. MM, FI/CO, SD, PP), with willingness to deepen expertise in Procurement processes
- Good understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes and cross-module integration
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly beneficial, including familiarity with Fiori applications
- Experience in SAP MM / Purchasing processes (e.g. procurement, sourcing, contracts, pricing)
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and functional specification design
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with a process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of topics end-to-end
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Background in SAP FI/CO, SD, or PP with exposure to procurement-related processes
- SAP S/4HANA experience and Fiori-based applications
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba or SAP SRM
- Experience with EDI and external system integrations
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or HR-related processes
- Experience in procurement or ERP transformation projects
