Job Summary
Le titulaire apportera son soutien aux clients en les aidant à résoudre leurs questions, réclamations, préoccupations ou tout autre problème qu'ils pourraient rencontrer concernant un produit ou un service. L'employé(e) gérera également les carnets de commandes des clients, les retards ou ruptures de stock potentiels, ainsi que les améliorations.Ses tâches consistent à favoriser la satisfaction des clients, à gérer les tâches administratives, à traiter les commandes et à apporter des modifications.
Veiller à ce que les objectifs de l'entreprise et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) soient atteints.
Contribuer à promouvoir une culture d'amélioration continue.
Établir et entretenir des relations professionnelles à long terme avec les clients internes et externes.
The incumbent will support customers by assisting them with their questions, complaints, concerns, or any issues that they might have with a product or service. The employee will also manage customers order books, potential delays / stockouts or improvements.
Duties include fostering customer satisfaction, managing administrative tasks, processing orders, making modifications.
Ensure company goals / KPI’s are being met.
Help promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with internal and external customers.
Job Description
Responsabilités principales / Key Accountabilities:
· Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients externes et internes.
· Communiquer avec les clients par divers canaux (e-mails et téléphone).
· Résolution des problèmes.
· Ouverture et modification des comptes clients.
· Traitement des commandes, des formulaires, des demandes et des requêtes.
· Établir des devis,
· Coordination avec les services opérationnels concernant les livraisons et les demandes de renseignements.
· Analyse des tarifs, des factures et des éventuelles anomalies, et mise en place des ajustements nécessaires.
· Gestion des comptes clients ; collaboration avec les clients en cas de défaut de paiement, analyse des factures et création de notes de débit et de crédit.
· Suivi des délais de livraison et communication avec les clients.
· Analyse des niveaux de stock, des prévisions, des bons de commande, des entrées de stock et des commandes fermes.
· Création de divers rapports, par exemple : confirmations de commande, prévisions, volumes, etc.
· Résolution des réclamations des clients.
· Connaître nos produits sur le bout des doigts afin de pouvoir répondre aux questions.
· Répondre aux questions des clients concernant les conditions de crédit, les produits, les prix et la disponibilité.
· Rencontres avec les clients selon les besoins.

· Creating quotations,
· Coordinating with operations on deliveries, inquiries.
· Analyzing pricing, invoices, any discrepancies and creating adjustments accordingly.
· Working on accounts receivable; working with customers on collection payment default, analyzing invoices and creating debit and credit memos.
· Monitoring on time delivery and communications with customers.
· Analysis of inventory levels, forecast, purchase orders, incoming inventory, firm orders.
· Creating various reports e.g.: order confirmations, forecast, volumes, etc.
· Resolving customer complaints.
· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
· Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
· Meeting with customers as required

Qualifications:
Exigences minimales :
·Expérience dans la vente / le service client (2 ans)
·Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
·Maîtrise écrite et orale du français et de l'anglais
·Compréhension du processus et de la dynamique de vente.
·Expérience de l'utilisation d'ordinateurs pour diverses tâches
·Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Excel (niveau intermédiaire), Outlook et SAP (un atout)
Minimum Requirements:·
· Experience in Sales / Customer Service (2 years)
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Fluency in written and spoken French and English
· Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
· Competency in Microsoft applications excel (intermediate), outlook, SAP an asset
