Job Summary

📍 Location: Rochester, NY
💰 Salary: $72,000 - $77,000 + Gain Share Potential
🕒 Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Lead and motivate a hardworking warehouse team
✅ Coach, train, and develop team members for success
✅ Ensure production and distribution targets are met on time & on budget
✅ Keep operations running smoothly with strong SAP & computer skills
✅ Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across all warehouse processes
✅ Communicate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
✅ Be the go-to person for problem-solving and process improvements
What We Need From You:
✔ 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting
✔ A strong teamwork mindset – you lead by example
✔ Solid computer skills (SAP experience preferred)
✔ Forklift and warehouse operations knowledge
✔ Safety-first attitude with leadership & coaching experience
