Vos responsabilités
Governance
- Support the definition and application of performance standards and KPIs in procurement
- Ensure transparency, consistency, and alignment across teams and regions
- Contribute to a strong performance culture through clear structures and guidelines
Reporting & Transparency
- Create and continuously improve procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Ensure reliability and consistency of data and drive automation and efficiency of data flows
- Turn data into clear insights to contribute to performance steering and management decision-making
Planning, Forecasting & Performance Analysis
- Support planning, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
- Ensure consistent target setting and analyze deviations, risks, and opportunities
- Provide reports and insights to support management decision-making
Collaboration & Projects
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and other functions in an international environment
- Act as a business partner for financial topics within procurement
- Initiate and contribute to procurement-internal and cross-functional improvement initiatives
Votre profil
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement controlling, performance management or analytics
- First experience in project work or cross-functional initiatives is a plus
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with modern data analytics and visualization tools. (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Good knowledge of SAP (ERP/BW) and procurement systems is an advantage
Working Style & Competencies
- Structured and solution-focused approach
- Ability to prioritize and deliver results under pressure
- Independent and reliable with a high sense of ownership
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions in an international environment
- Ability to present complex topics in a clear and concise way (including management-level presentations)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
